Site Visit
Licensed lead installer visits the site within the same week. Measurements verified. Any glass prep requirements flagged.

Quote & PO
Line-item quote with film brand, square footage, labor, and lead time. PO or net-30 invoice — your preference.

Install
Dust-controlled install. Evening/weekend windows available. Film registered with manufacturer for warranty.

Handoff
Install report + photos + warranty cards delivered within 48 hours. Punch-list items addressed same week.

Subcontract Basics.
CSLB C-17 Glazing license (active since 1985). $2M general liability + $1M auto. Workers' comp covering full crew. Additional insured certificates and waiver-of-subrogation provided on request for any project.
Emergency and in-progress jobsite coverage: same-day or next-day. Scheduled projects: 1–2 week lead for Southern California, 2–3 weeks for Northern California or out-of-state with travel budget.
Yes. Primary lines: Llumar, 3M, SolarGard, Avery Dennison. Available on request: Hanita, Madico, Huper Optik, Vista, Johnson. If you've spec'd something we don't carry, we'll quote material + install separately.
Yes — certified rope-access and lift-basket experience on buildings up to 40 stories. We carry our own OSHA-compliant harnesses and anchor points. Some jobs require facility coordination — we'll liaise directly with building engineering.
Warranty certificate, per-lite install record, film batch numbers, ASTM test documentation (for safety/security jobs), and final invoice with AIA G702/G703 if requested. Everything a GC needs for close-out binder.
