Your Home, Comforted.
Your View, Preserved.
Cut the heat, kill the glare, and block 99% of UV — without changing how your home looks or giving up a single ray of natural light. Family-installed in Buena Park since 1985.
Four Problems.
Solved in One Install.
Heat & Glare
Hot west-facing rooms, a sunroom you can't use after noon, glare washing out the TV. Film rejects up to 78% of the sun's heat and 87% of glare — temperatures even out room-to-room and screens stay readable all afternoon.
UV & Fade Protection
99% of UV rays blocked. Hardwood floors, upholstery, artwork, and family photos hold their color 5-10× longer — and skin-aging UV through the glass drops to near zero.
Daytime Privacy
Dual-reflective film gives one-way daytime privacy: clear view out, mirrored view in. Keep the curtains open and the neighbors out.
Lower Energy Bills
Your AC stops fighting the afternoon sun. Less cooling load on the hottest rooms means a quieter system and a smaller summer bill.
The afternoon sun,
minus the heat.
Glass is the weakest link in your home's envelope. On a west-facing room, summer sun can push one side of the house 8-15° warmer than the rest — so the AC runs nonstop and that one room never feels right. Our solar films block infrared heat at the window before it ever enters, leveling temperatures room-to-room and taking the load off your system. You keep the daylight; you just lose the oven.
- Rejects up to 78% of total solar energy
- Cuts the infrared you actually feel as heat
- Evens out hot-spot rooms
- Eases AC runtime on peak days

Stop the fade
before it starts.
Sun damage is permanent — once a floorboard or a sofa arm bleaches out, no cleaning brings it back. Window film blocks 99% of UV rays, the single biggest cause of fading, and knocks down the infrared and visible light that finish the job. The result: hardwood, rugs, artwork, and cabinetry that keep their color for years longer. The same UV block is why dermatologists recommend filmed glass for sun-facing rooms.
- 99% UV rejection (UVA + UVB)
- Protects floors, furniture, art, and photos
- Reduces total fade factor, not just UV
- Near-zero skin UV exposure through treated glass

You'll feel it.
You won't see it.
The biggest worry homeowners have is that film will darken the house or look like a tinted car window. Modern spectrally-selective films are optically clear or carry only a faint neutral tone. From the curb your windows look the same; inside you keep 60-70% of your natural light. We bring real film samples to your home and hold them against your actual glass, in your actual light, before you decide anything.
- Optically clear and low-reflection options
- Keeps 60-70% of visible light
- No mirror look unless you want privacy reflectivity
- Samples shown on your own windows

The right film
for the right window.
We install Vista and LLumar — primarily their dual-reflective solar series, which balance heat rejection, glare control, and daytime privacy without a heavy mirror look. We match the exact film and shade to each window’s orientation and your goal.

Backed for life.
By Vista & LLumar.
We install only Vista and LLumar film — both backed by a manufacturer’s lifetime limited residential warranty — and we stand behind the workmanship ourselves. If covered film bubbles, peels, cracks, or delaminates, it’s replaced at no cost: film and labor, for as long as you own your home.

Two generations.
One standard — perfection.
Tint Crew has filmed homes across Orange County and LA from our Buena Park shop since 1985 — a 2nd-generation, family-owned crew with 40+ years and 150,000+ installs behind every cut. Same family, same hands, same obsession with a flawless, dust-free finish. When the crew that owns the shop is the crew on your ladder, the standard doesn’t slip.

Modern ceramic and spectrally-selective films are optically clear or carry a subtle neutral tone. From the curb, most homeowners say their windows look identical — you just feel the heat difference inside.
Not with the right film. Our recommended residential films reject heat by blocking infrared (IR) rays, not visible light. You keep 60-70% of natural light while cutting heat up to 78%.
Honest answer: daytime privacy is excellent — dual-reflective film mirrors the outside while you see out clearly. At night, when it's brighter inside than out, that reverses, so blinds still matter after dark. We'll tell you exactly what each film does before you buy.
Most single-family homes are done in 1 day. Larger or multi-story homes may run into a second day. We protect floors and furnishings and clean up completely before we leave.
Yes — and a strong one. We install Vista and LLumar film, both of which carry a manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty for residential glass against bubbling, peeling, cracking, and delamination. If covered film fails, the manufacturer replaces it — film and labor — for as long as you own your home.
Professional-grade film is explicitly approved by most major window manufacturers. We verify compatibility before we quote and select a film within your glass manufacturer's guidelines.
Pricing depends on square footage and film grade. Most whole-home projects fall between $1,200 and $4,500. We'll give you a firm written quote after a 15-minute site visit.
