Privacy Policy

Tint Crew is the trade name of 3S Window Film Inc, a window tinting and paint protection shop at 6905 Oslo Circle, Ste I, Buena Park, CA 90621. This policy covers our website, tintcrew.com, and the Tint Crew staff app our employees use to run the shop.

We collect what you give us when you ask for a quote, book an appointment, send a message, or pay for work:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and, for architectural work, a job address.
• Vehicle details: year, make, model, color, VIN, or license plate, so we can price and record the job.
• Photos you choose to upload with a request.
• Payment details are entered directly with our payment processors (CardPointe for automotive work, Stripe for architectural projects). Card numbers never reach our servers; we keep only the confirmation the processor returns.
• Text-message consent. When you give us your mobile number for appointment or quote updates, we record when you agreed and honor STOP requests.

We also receive basic technical information any website receives, such as the pages you visit and your browser type. We do not run advertising trackers or sell this data.

The Tint Crew staff app is used only by our employees to see the day's schedule, manage work orders, and check vehicles in.

• Employee account: a work email address and password, used to sign in.
• Camera: the app uses the camera to scan vehicle VIN barcodes and film labels. Scanning happens on the device; the camera image is not stored or sent anywhere. A photo is saved only when an employee deliberately takes one for a vehicle inspection record.
• Business records: the customer and vehicle information described above, which employees view and update as part of their work.

The app does not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and it does not track employees across other apps or websites.

• To prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, and send appointment reminders and job updates.
• To keep warranty and service records for the work we have done on your vehicle or property.
• To respond to your messages and, with your consent, to ask for a review after a completed job.
• To run the shop: reporting, staff scheduling, and inventory.

We share information only with the service providers that make the business run, and only for that purpose:

• Hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase).
• Email and text-message delivery providers (Resend, RingCentral).
• Payment processors (CardPointe, Stripe).
• Google Calendar, for our internal appointment schedule.
• Vehicle data services (NHTSA) that turn a VIN into a year, make, and model.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

Quote and job records are kept for as long as we need them to honor warranties and meet tax and accounting requirements. Messages and lead inquiries that never became a job are archived and removed on a rolling basis.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us to opt out; reply START to opt back in.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell us at info@tintcrew.com.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email info@tintcrew.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to retain.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
